Taking Shape Auckland

Shopped today at TS Auckland airport. As I walked in I was greeted by a lady called Nicola (Nicky). Lovely smile and very helpful. It turned out Nicky had only been employed with TS shop for less than a week. Wow TS H/R you picked a winner. Nicky was so helpful and very pleasant. Just to let you all know I appreciated her help and service. I purchased 7 items. Thanks Jo-Anne. E.

My favourite shop. Kath is always very helpful and has great suggestions with matching outfits. It's a treat to shop in comfort without being hassled or ignored by a shop assistant. Thank you Kath, I am happy with my great priced beautiful clothes. I always recommend this shop as it has such a great range of clothing. The other staff are very obliging too!

I purchased some pants online and shopped in the Airport Outlet store when collecting my parcel. The staff are friendly and helpful. When I was unable to find the product I wanted in my preferred colour they suggested alternatives. Would recommend this store to anyone wanting excellent service in a relaxed environment

I enjoy coming to Taking Shape Airport Oaks, to the store and factory store as well. Though I must admit this visit the Customer Service I received was not the best that I normally receive. I was acknowledged by Edith who was on the factory store floor but that is all she did. It would have been nice if you checked on me while changing as I did need feedback but I couldn't see her. When at the check out a young girl called Aaliyah was serving me and my friend I mentioned to her this item was on the managers special rack so needed to be reduced. It wasn't reduced, only found out when home. She wasn't overly friendly. Kath was at the check out. She was very friendly and chatty. Making you feel welcome. I recommend this store for bright colourful excellent quality clothes that last for the curvy lady. I will visit again.

Edith "Puti Puti" was amazing with customer service. She went and picked clothing off the rack that she thought would suit my body shape and it did! All of the staff including Edith were so kind and gentle and gave me HEAPS of confidence in trying different styles & colour's. Wad a wonderful experience thank you so much.

TS Outlet Store, Auckland Airport. I experience excellent service twice today. Second visit was for my cousin. However, over an early dinner, at 5.50pm, I decided I needed those linen wide leg pants. A third visit, but couldn't dash the quick, and dinner was walking towards me. With credit card over the phone, one of your lovely staff, delivered to the restaurant I was in. At 6.01pm package sitting next to me. I so appreciated quick delivery before their closing. Fantastic team. Vicki Newton-Smith

Had a very pleasant time thete. Kathy was bubbly, spending quality time with each customer. Kathy made you feel so comfortable and when you left the shop, you left with a lovely feeling.
