We bought a bed base around a month ago and encountered an issue that required returning it. The after-sales service team was brilliant, especially Peter, whom I had read about in many previous reviews. I can now see why, he is truly an indispensable asset to the company. Peter was incredibly friendly, helpful throughout the process, and showed genuine kindness. He didn’t hesitate to go the extra mile, and his assistance made the whole experience much easier. Thank you!

I bought a lift up bed base 6 months ago, the function is great but the thing upset me was the smell … was very strong at first, and still can smell something after half year. I contacted customer service, and Peter came visited for three times, showed me his kindness and understanding, and help me return it back and get the credit. Very appreciated for his outstanding service . I would say Targetfurniture is a reliable shop and Peter is a super star in the team. I would recommend the shop and be your customer again.Thank you.

I've an excellent service from the team at target furniture outlet. Peter K, I'm amazed with your dedication to work. You answer to my email and queries at 7pm.... making sure that i got a good deal and followed through the order on the day that you are off work. And you ladies at the front desk and man that carry the cupboard for me to my car... you people are fantastic and well deserved 5+ stars.

We bought our bed from target in 2021 and recently the partition in the middle was broken. We contact customer service and they have sent their technician Peter to identify the damage. Peter was very helpful, friendly and brilliant man who fixed our bed as brand new. I would say target is very jammy to have such a hardworking and kind staff like Peter. He definitely deserves a good raise. Thank you so much Peter for your service and your excellent work.

Decided to visit this place as we needed to get a new couch. We had bought out dining table and chairs off here a couple years ago and it’s amazing quality. We walked in and got the coldest looks. Not at all welcoming not even a Hi or good morning. Saw a total of 4 staff not acknowledged by one ! The girls at the reception just yapping away. Why would I want to spend more money here when people working here act this way.

Ordered a lift up bed and couldn’t figure out how to get the gas cylinders to work! Swift and easy contact to get someone out to look at them. Couldn’t have done it without Peter K! He was super communicative and made the process a breeze.

Got a new dining table, there’s a little bit problem with the bolts & washer, Peter helps me to solve the problem, definitely really happy about the after care service. Peter is really friendly & love to help.
