Today I picked up my most beautiful stunning ring from The Diamond Shop. It took my breath away - I cried. A gift from my husband to celebrate our anniversary. The amazing Nicola made this all happen. Her attention to sourcing the diamonds, the detail of them, choosing the setting that would work for me and constant communication at all stages was superb. I feel so lucky and privileged to have met you Nicola. Highly recommend The Diamond Shop! My partner had been admiring their River Ring for a while, and we finally decided to take the plunge, even though we’re based in Singapore and they’re in New Zealand. I’m so glad we did! Mia Nieuwoudt was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process—from answering our initial questions to keeping us updated on the diamond sourcing and ensuring the ring was delivered smoothly. Couldn’t be happier with the engagement ring my partner got me from The Diamond Shop. My only contribution to the ring was popping in to get my finger measured and share a few rough ideas of what I liked. My partner handled the entire process (and bill!) with Nicola, who I am told was incredible throughout. Two models of the design were made before the final ring was produced, and Nicola's expertise and advice made everything so easy for my partner. The result? An absolutely gorgeous ring that I’ve received countless compliments on. We were so impressed that we’re now looking to get our wedding bands through them as well. If you’re considering ordering a ring from overseas, take this as a friendly warning. When my engagement ring, ordered from a US company recommended to us, arrived with a crooked diamond, we sought help from a few jewellers (after the US company claimed we had stood on and bent the ring). Sera from The Diamond Store not only empathised with our situation but was truly devastated for us, what we had received, and the US company’s inability to stand by and repair their work. She generously offered to remake the ring at her own expense, for which we are immensely grateful. Thanks to Sera's incredible kindness, I now have a ring that I absolutely adore. I recently went to The Diamond Shop with just a rough idea for an engagement ring. They really listened to my thoughts and came back with some great suggestions. They even provided a detailed mockup, which helped me visualize the final product. The final results exceeded our expectations, and my fiancée and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend them!

There’s something special about having a jewellery store you get all your pieces from. It started when my partner walked into The Diamond Shop and picked out my engagement ring. Since then whenever we visit The Diamond Shop we are greeted by Sera and her incredible team, making sure we have the most beautiful experience. Sera has extensive knowledge about diamonds and jewellery, we know we are in the best hands. We have just recently picked up our wedding rings and they are everything we dreamed of!
