The Smooth Mover

We can't recommend these guys enough! They did an absolutely fantastic job. They were so friendly and nothing was a problem. It wasn't an easy move as we have a steep gravel driveway and internal stairs. It's the second time we have used The Smooth Mover, they really do make it smooth. Thanks so much.

Fantastic moving company. Best I've used - and we've used a few. Guys were on time, energetic and ready to go first thing on a Saturday morning. Before the day, there was clear communication, check ins, and updates. Two guys turned up and moved a whole house in less than 4 hours. The last guys we used took over 3 hours for just the loading - and that was half the stuff! These guys are QUICK. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.

Tim and his crew were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The buys worked at a quick pace all day to get the job done including having to negotiate a very tricky driveway. They were also excellent value and I would recommend their services to anyone looking to move house. A very big thank you from us on a job well done!

I can’t thank The Smooth Movers enough. We had a very quick sale of our home and had to move out of Auckland just days after New Year. Stressful But I contacted the smooth Movers just before Christmas and then again a few days after New Year They were there for us all the way. From the person who came and quoted the move. The two wonderful women who came and helped pack all my breakables and kitchen items. Nothing was damaged I might add . To the moving men. They were outstanding. Fast and did a fantastic house clearance. Then up early the next day to deliver everything to our new home. Everything was out and waiting for us when we arrived. Beds set up Washing machine set up and heavy items where we needed it. Wonderful. We also had our items taken to Smooth Movers storage overnight as it was a long way out of Auckland trip. Safe and secure lock up provided We will never forget our move and the wonderful people who helped us. We would certainly use The Smooth Movers if we need to move again and totally recommend them Also we were delighted with the cost. Far less than we had imagined. Great value and service

We had a great experience with The Smooth Mover with a relocation move. From initial enquiry, to load/unload, the team were amazing. Arran and Kian were awesome! They were extremely helpful, and very efficient. Unload at our new home was done so fast, it was amazing! Highly recommend The Smooth Mover to anyone!

We have moved now twice in one year with the smooth movers and these guys are very organised, very experienced and simply don’t muck around. The moving guys were super respectful, efficient and professional. Going up and down stairs with heavy beds etc, driving a huge truck and trailer all the way from Auckland to Taupo was just easy as for the guys and they were not faced at all, just kept going until the job was done. Communication was also fantastic, lots of emails and phone calls confirming everything and arrived bang on time. They certainly deserve to be called SMOOTH!! Communication was excellent with a phone call a couple of days before confirming the job with an indicative time and discuss the move. On move day, another call confirming estimated time of arrival. Aaron and Charlie were fantastic movers - fast, efficient and always careful with our furniture. Our new house had multiple levels, but nothing was a problem with these guys - lifting heavy furniture multiple levels without complaints. I compared 3 quotes and all were about the same costs, but I was impressed with their Google reviews. I highly recommended The Smoove Mover for anyone considering their next move.
