A worker name Lanz was very rude and acted stuck-up. Horrible attitude and acted as the manager when in fact she wasn’t the manager. If this is how she deals with customers and a peak into how she takes on the manager role, current management team should highly reconsider, anyone else that is more knowledgable and customer service oriented person.
