We had just the most incredible experience visiting Tiffany & Co. today! We were welcomed in by the doorman who was so lovely, we then met Theo (who is from France and absolutely added to the experience) and he took us around the store showing us the most beautiful jewellery. He knew exactly the types of jewellery that I liked and would suit me and also helped us out with sizing and everything. Then of course the door man was very kind on our way out too! 10/10 experience, and Theo is incredible! Audrey Hepburn would approve!

I visited this place with a friend on Saturday to buy my wedding rings. The store was busy but we were welcomed by all staff. Vicky Zhang was very helpful, she spent nearly an hour with us, showed us different ring styles. She listened to my concerns and respected my choice. She sent me an email with all information about the rings I liked. Her customer service is outstanding.

Do not recommend this guys, also do not recommend to deal with Eason who is the sales person
Went in for a Engagement Ring and Wedding rings and we have been waiting for his wife sent through forever!!! I meant until now!! No reply?!
We then went to other Jewellery shop and got what we wanted with prompt quote and much nicer customer service.
Sales person stereotypes your appearance hence be cautious if you decided to risk yourself as well as your hard earned money.

My partner and I went in to browse on the way to lunch; Claire was so helpful, no pressure at all.
It was hard to not go back, super happy with the purchase! Next time we’re in Auckland, Claire will be getting a visit I’m sure

Excellent service here, perfect to come and search for the finest diamond ring for your special day. I m highly recommend Jen to be your advisor. She is very nice and calm. You will enjoy every moments in the shop along with her advice. My partner & I took around 2 months, we keep browsing for the right one for us. Finally get the right one, right fit for both of us. . I m very satisfied
