GO Rentals - Auckland Airport Car Rentals

We hired thrice with gorentals. The first two were good but the third one was extremely disappointing. 1. One of the front headlight was not working 2. The seat belt buckle was missing 3. The indoor light wasn't working. 4. The plight of the kid car seat was pathetic. Attaching the pictures of all of these. When reported to the customer support the response was very casual not understanding the seriousness of how unsafe was it for them to provide a car like this.

Go Rentals makes everything super easy, Especially if you complete their online check in process. Great range of Vehicles, Picked up the car in less than 5 minutes. Same with dropping off. Even when I had a query about getting a stone chip in the windscreen, staff were helpful and able to advise on what to do.

We had a fantastic experience! We went for the no excess insurance package and everything went super smoothly. It only took 5 minutes for the check in and check out process, and the staff were so friendly and polite. We were even lucky enough to get a brand new hybrid Toyota RAV4 with only 230 km on the odometer, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Here are some tips that might help others: - Use the app to request the shuttle. - In August when we travelled, the Go rental app had the lowest booking price. - They send you the inspection report with pictures right after you drop off the car, which is super quick. - You have a 5-day period to pay the tolls. - Be sure to allow extra time for refueling as the petrol station near the airport can get quite busy. - No need to worry about extra or hidden fees, they didn't charge any. Really smooth and easy rental with this company. So lucky to rent using the winter package discount. Took the full insurance coverage and didn’t need any huge bond amount. Cars were brand new and very nice to drive. Pickup and drop off was really smooth as well. Highly recommend this car rental company.

The online booking process, afterhour car collection, car return and shuttle bus to the airport was a smooth and efficient process. Go Rental staff were very polite. Baby car seat was fitted properly. The vehicle was clean and operated well. The prices Go Rental offered was the most competitive when I compared between the different companies prior to my visit to New Zealand. Overall, I had an excellent experience and I highly recommend them to everyone.

I felt comfortable picking up and dropping off the car. Staff you are the best!. Everything went in a nice atmosphere and without the stress of taking pictures, videos, without looking for a scratch on the car's paint. They’re ruin suitcases. I have good quality American trailer suitcases. My plane travel doesn’t affect my cases like one trip with go car rentals. They’re have no non slip mats in their shuttles. Drivers are rude. They do nothing to improve their business. I wouldn’t use them again, I wouldn’t recommended them.
