The friendly team at Budget Auto were very helpful and great to deal with when purchasing our new vehicle. They were honest and upfront, easy to communicate with and we felt they genuinely cared. Their pricing was very fair. We'd be happy to purchase from them again in future.

I had a fantastic experience with Amy Thompson! She’s so knowledgeable about cars and really friendly. I loved hearing that she’s been in the industry for 10 years and is one of the original members of an all-girls group of automotive sales specialists. Chris Blankenbyl was also great—he answered the tough questions with ease before we finalised everything. When my car was ready to collect, it looked amazing so thanks to the behind the scene team. Honestly, the customer service was just as impressive, if not better, than what I’ve experienced at a high-end dealership showroom! Huge kudos to the entire team! I’m really hopeful that this car will be a great purchase for me.

I am absolutely appalled by the deceptive practices and aggressive tactics employed by Budget Car Sales. I was called in with an approved offer for a specific vehicle, only to be told that there was a miscommunication on the price was and that I'd have to pay significantly more. They then proceeded to harass me demanding I come back to the dealership and not to buy the car from anywhere else. Upon returning, under the guise of "clarifying the offer," they subjected me to a relentless, high-pressure sales pitch for additional, completely unnecessary add-ons. It was clear they had no respect for my time or the agreed offer which they gave over the phone. This dealership is a prime example of predatory sales tactics and should be avoided at all costs. They lied about the initial offer, and then used aggressive tactics to upsell a vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Arthur - A client will certainly show his frustration when your team members let me cancel the deal that I was going to have with another dealer. The intention was if Budget car sales don't couldn't sell, they wont let other dealers sell the car. I was confirmed over the phone by your sales girl - Sam that price is agreeable and paperwork will be kept ready (this was done with a follow up reminder). I left my kids in after school care to arrive at your office by leaving my office work & passing through heavy traffic just to hear that now they cannot honor the price that Budget car sales offered. After the harassment that I faced, yes, I did mention that I am going to leave a bad review about my experience what I had at budget car sales. There is not just once but twice. Sam gave me a wrong address which was 15 mins away which killed my 40 mins on first visit. You being the director lecturing about the customer service / car should have called me to check (your office has my phone number) what actually happened rather concluding 1 sided story responding to the review. I would still stand firm on my review irrespective of you rejecting the version (without hearing my story version).
