I had an early Saturday morning hot water calamity so needed to turn all the water off to the house. I rang them and spoke to the on call service person. It sounded like I might have woken him up! He told me he’d be with me at 10, and he was. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and managed to have the water back on in 30 minutes. I am very grateful for the rapid response and resolution to my hot water woes. Fully recommend these wonderful humans – I’ve needed to use them 3 times over the past 3 years and, while they are not the cheapest, they do quality work and they show up when they say they will. 5 Stars The Best. Frankly angels from heaven. The office manager lady that i made the booking with was super lovely and kind. Jeff the plumber was a master artist and tradesman. He came dead on time and worked so professionally and diligently. Its a real skill being a plumber and you really need to know your craft. Obviously i don’t but I really appreciated Jeff taking charge and doing such a beautiful job. The two taps he replaced were really great quality. My mum who passed away in 2029 used to use plumbquick and i can see why. She was a classy lady and my experience with jeff and the team is exceptional quality, beautiful manners, kindness, care, empathy and understanding, incredible skill, knowledge and artistry, going above and beyond. A job well done! For the first time this morning I contacted the 0800# for Auckland Plumbers Group after a call from my niece about the cistern falling off the wall (came off the wall where it was screwed into the gib) as I didn’t know if there was any damage that needed repairing from a plumber. The call was answered a human (haha) within a minute, a time was given and it was a seamless call. Within minutes of hanging up I received a call from “Jack” who confirmed his arrival time, rang me with the problem, gave me options, repaired the cistern until I can arrange him to put in a new bowl & cistern. Excellent service from Auckland Plumbers Group, from the moment I made the phone call booking through Michelle and the workmanship of Hera the plumber.
Michelle was reassuring and professional at the stressful time of booking the job.
The appointment was made for 3pm and Hera turned up early, but came back as I was offsite.
Hera fixed the problematic inlet pipe issue with ease and explained the process along the way. Hera was tidy, timely, and extremely courteous.

Whenever I have a plumbing issue, I look up Auckland Plumbers Group for reliable service and reasonable rates.
The communication and explanation of rates, as I called for urgent dishwasher leak on the weekend, were very helpful in making my decision.
The plumber, Karun, called back straight away to indicate when he can come over and arrived promptly.
Karun has gone above and beyond to make sure the new hose was properly attached instead of being jammed under counter like previous other plumbing company did.
It even looks aesthetically better as now the dishwasher is all the way in instead of sticking out by 5cm.

We unfortunately did not have a great experience – perhaps it was because it was in a commercial environment ??
We had to call them out twice (charged and paid both times – around 1k) and still the problem was not resolved.
We then had to call a specialty repairman who fixed one of the problems for $150 in around 15mins and then we got another plumber who installed a whole new commercial spray tap for 1.5k including labour.
The Mr Plumber plumber quoted me 2.5k for just the tap – on his second call out …..
It was a complete rip-off job but he was interested in taking his money and leaving ZERO customer care ZERO interest in customer satisfaction

Thank you YLP for helping us resolve 4 issues we had with our house.
We had a major underground leak (under concrete) which required a special leak detection service to identify where it was. Chris from YLP was able to locate the leak with his specialised leak detection tools and repairs were promptly done. This saved us from another high water bill from watercare and we cannot thank Chris enough!
We also had a hot water cylinder leak (which we were not aware of) that Chris was able to locate and YLP was able to replace. The team that helped replace our hot water cylinder was fantastic. Very experienced and even educated us on how the new hot water cylinder worked.
There was also a clogged drain that Chris was able to locate (again we were not aware of) and the YLP team was fantastic in unclogging it.
We are very grateful that YLP has such a dedicated and hard working team especially Chris! We will always reach out to YLP first for any future leak issues. Recently we thought we had another leak in our toilet sink, so we called YLP and booked Chris to have it looked into. Chris arrived promptly, checked, and isolated what it was.
Everything from the start of calling YLP up to make a booking, to the team arriving, to identifying/isolating the issue, to following up and fixing the issue was dealt with in an easy timely manner. We did not have to worry about what would happen next nor had to do any chasing up.

We had sprung a leak, weren’t sure from where. Had seen they were local with their distinctive vans so called them asap. These guys came to the rescue advised us what to do immediately that night, came round first thing the next morning to save us an out of hours call out fee. Assessed the job gave us a quote there and then for a new hot water cylinder which was the culprit, went and bought it and installed it, upgraded all new valves to current code, arranged electrician to come and do their bit too all in the same day.
