My husband and I recently sold our home in Point Chevalier, and as many who have been through the process know, it can be an extremely stressful endeavor.

To enhance our home’s appeal during marketing, we decided to stage it. After several meetings with various staging teams and receiving some steep quotes, we came across Sojo through a Google search.

Joshua arrived from Sojo to assess our home and determine what was needed. He promptly sent me an incredibly reasonable quote along with some sample staging ideas.

I accepted the proposal right away, and was very glad I did. I was thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Sojo and Joshua. Their quote was excellent, but the level of service they provided was truly outstanding.

They were accountable, responsive, and professional—everything you could hope for. Joshua and the team were not only friendly and approachable but also fully engaged in the staging process, transforming our home beautifully.

When we needed to extend our marketing period, Sojo was more than willing to help us do so on a week-by-week basis. The pickup process was effortless and seamless, accompanied by outstanding customer service.

She completely streamlined the process of having to choose from 100 different shades of neutrals for blinds or whites for walls, taking all the pain out of the decision making. She came up with ideas that we would never have thought of and which turned out to be our biggest successes. She listened carefully to what we wanted, was decisive in giving her recommendations but completely supportive when we chose to go with another selection. I’m particularly delighted with our coffee table/ottoman combo which adds so much more interest, colour and warmth to the tv room than anything we had been thinking of. Overall service is amazing, I have two faulty lights and I involved my agent, they lodge the work request with Marshall Electrics, and the customer service called me the day after to schedule for service, she was friend and nice! I have Francois who came to service the lights, he is very professional and on time to repair the lights in no time and even answers all my zero knowledge about lights! I really appreciate it. When the heatpump didn’t heat, I called Marshall Electrics.
The response was prompt. I was politely told on chilly days, the heater took time to heat. That made sense. I had been thinking you just turn on the heat pump and hot air will be instant.
While nothing was wrong, it was good to have a full maintenance check. Thank you Marshall Electrics.

Quick but thorough work throughout job . Impressive product quality used for longitude and other variables in my situation weather / waterproof .
Meticulous of sharing findings with my Property Manager as asked by me .
Job successfully completed followed with tidy up and reassurance of contacting them further if any future issues arise .

Great team, was punctual and great communication. They also were very mindful of working indoors and cleaned everything. Didn’t have to worry about having them move around the house with kids around. Technician that came out was very friendly and explained how to use the new product which was just an example of going above and beyond. Had an issue with our heat pump – Joe came round promptly, had a look, and advised us to move the console. It ran perfectly after that. He didn’t try to upsell or push for unnecessary upgrades, just gave honest, practical advice. Really knowledgeable and friendly guy. We’ll definitely be using them when we’re ready to upgrade the house. Highly recommend – a genuine, helpful team.
